What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Field Marketing, ANZ you’ll be involved in:
- Develop and execute on the ANZ content and social media strategy to improve organic inbound acquisition channels, brand authority and social proof.
- Write, edit, and review content for digital acquisition, landing pages, email campaigns, sales enablement, and other marketing materials to support inbound marketing, lead nurturing and thought leadership.
- Apply SEO best practices to content development to improve organic search visibility and attract high-quality leads.
- Working with the Head of Field Marketing, execute both a Strategic and Programmatic ABM Program.
- Project manage an external PR agency, briefing in topics and owned data, ensuring KPIs are achieved to build media presence and brand voice in the market.
- Design and execute multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns to drive growth and support both field and inside sales teams.
- Execute marketing automation and nurture programs to ensure ongoing optimisation and effectiveness.
- Utilise digital marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, Webflow) to target audiences effectively and measure demand generation campaign performance.
- Produce and analyse monthly reports on engagement, conversion rates, and campaign success, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Research and experiment with new marketing tactics, using a ‘Lean testing’ approach to refine strategies and enhance results.
- Support event planning, execution, and promotion, including webinars and other marketing activities.
- Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of marketing strategies.
Who we’re looking for

Qualifications:
- BSc/BA in Marketing, Communications or similar field.
- Digital industry training, certificates highly regarded (e.g. Hubspot Marketing Academy, Google Academy, etc).
- CRM knowledge – Salesforce is preferrable.
- Email marketing software knowledge (e.g. Hubspot, Marketo, Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Campaign Monitor).
Knowledge & Experience:
- Experience managing social media accounts and executing on social media strategies delivering improved growth and engagement results.
- Experience executing ABM programs.
- Experience project managing an external agency.
- Experience using data analysis and visualisation tools such as data studio, excel, sheets, etc.
- Excellent communications skills to senior leadership and a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to think conceptually and analytically on problems and issues, identify and present recommendations in a simple and compelling manner.
- Working in an agile business environment.
- An understanding of, or experience in marketing SaaS products.
- Knowledge of the residential real estate industry.
- Keen understanding of SEO and the role of content marketing across multiple channels.

Within 1 month:
- Have an understanding of each department and how they work with Marketing.
- Formed business relationships with key stakeholders across the business.
- Completed product training across Reapit suite of products.
- Absorbed and understood previous marketing strategies, ways of working and approaches to growth.
Within 3 months:
- Project managing the PR agency, driving efforts to enhance and solidify Reapit’s brand presence in the ANZ region.
- Launched marketing campaigns aligned to the ANZ Marketing Plan, collaborating closely with the Head of Field Marketing and wider marketing team.
- Launched the ABM Program, managing campaign execution, tracking success, and optimising.
- Identified key gaps in our current ways of working and goals for improvement to start executing.
Within 6 months:
- Execute marketing campaigns, with a focus on measuring and analysing campaign performance.
- Implemented optimisation strategies with the marketing operations team for demand generation activities to enhance results and ROI.
- Established yourself as a key regional marketing expert for ANZ, demonstrating a deep integration into the Reapit business.
