What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Training Manager you’ll be involved in
- Documentation: maintain accurate documentation of processes in Confluence.
- Content Creation: identify and request improvements to content via the content production team or when directed.
- Delivery: deliver training as per scoped programs and guidelines. Encourage adoption of REAPIT product suite through effective training programs and product bespoke training programs to facilitate additional and ongoing training engagement.
- Personal Development: participate in PDP or other development activities in order to develop knowledge of REAPIT products, industry trends and training skills
- Team Development and Process Improvement: participate in team development activities and operational rhythm. Participate in projects to improve team process or outcome.

What your impact and success looks like
As a Training Consultant we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:
Within 1 month:
- Met colleagues and teams
- Understood and working towards Onboarding Program and Outcomes
- Handling Basic Customer Enquiries and Educational Requests
- Working towards competency in key training areas
Within 3 months:
- Supporting the onboarding of clients through standard education packages in one core product
- Supporting the team delivery of webinars and workshops
- Working towards developing into multiple product delivery
Within 6 months:
- Delivering training across multiple products / sessions within the Property Management suite
- Running end to end training packages for new clients
- Achieving or overachieving on KPIs
