What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Head of Support you’ll be involved in;
- Leading the team to deliver consistent service excellence through meeting and exceeding KPIs
- Day to day support team management and coaching
- Efficiently managing the team's workload in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities
- Encouraging and developing best practice methods within the team
- Cultivating a result driven culture that rewards excellence and promotes growth
- Providing statistical analysis to key stakeholders
- Acting as an escalation point for complex customer issues and challenges
- Collaborating with all areas of the business to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients
- Retaining our client's business by ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction
Who we're looking for
At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success. Whilst some of the listed requirements may be important, don’t worry if you don’t meet all of them, we’d still like to hear from you.
- A minimum or 3 years experience operating within the Team Leader or equivalent position
- Demonstrated history of meeting client focused business metrics and effective escalation management
- Self-driven, proactive and able to deliver while managing conflicting priorities
- Proven track record of attaining KPIs and delivering project/initiative based objectives
- An ability to lead change in an ever-evolving environment
What your impact and success looks like
As a Support Team Leader, we expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:
Within 1 month:
- Establish a key understanding of KPIs and expectations within the role
- Conduct regular 1:1s with direct reports and performance check-ins
- Fundamental understanding of the current support landscape and how the day-to-day operates
- Manage escalations through to completion
Within 3 months:
- Identify areas of improvement within the support space and develop actionable plans to address
- Spending 15 hours a week on coaching/upskilling activities
- Attainment of all KPIs
- Objective setting in line with key business deliverables
We operate a Flexible Working Policy and we would like for you to work from our Brisbane office at a minimum of 2 days a week
