What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the Move Me In Head of Customer Success you’ll be involved in:
- Manage and nurture a large portfolio of existing customers across Victoria and Tasmania, focusing on retention and growth.
- Discover customer business plans, pain points, and processes to identify opportunities for tailored solutions.
- Represent and expertly articulate the value proposition of our Reapit products and services.
- Develop and execute strategic plans for portfolio growth, including identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients 4-5 days a week, building rapport and fostering long-term relationships.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer requests, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address customer needs.
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer satisfaction, aiming for 5-star ratings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and portfolio performance.
- Proactively cold call agents, set appointments, and conduct sales activities independently or in conjunction with the local Business Development Manager (BDM).
- Achieve and consistently exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Upsell and cross-sell existing customers on additional products and services.
- Proactively identify and address potential customer churn risks.
- Present compelling product demonstrations and proposals to potential and existing clients.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.
- Provide regular reports on portfolio performance, sales activities, and customer feedback.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Account Manager. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of proven experience, a customer-focused approach, and a passion for driving results. While prior experience in Property Management, Real Estate, or Utilities is highly regarded, we value the right attitude and willingness to learn above all.
Key Attributes and Skills
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role (3-5 years).
- Strong sales acumen, with the ability to upsell, retain customers, and consistently exceed targets and KPIs.
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is highly desirable.
- Tech-savvy, with the ability to quickly adapt to new software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport and lasting relationships with customers.
- Strong listening skills to identify and address customer needs effectively.
- Strategic thinker with a solutions-focused mindset, eager to grow customer spend and maintain revenue.
- Highly organised with exceptional time management skills.
- Trustworthy, professional, and self-motivated, with a positive, can-do attitude.
- Attention to detail, accuracy, and excellent presentation skills.
- Independent worker who thrives in an autonomous role.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and collaborative spirit.
- Willingness to cold call agents, set appointments, and sell independently or with your local BDM
- Residing in the Melbourne area is essential.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

- Become familiar with the Move me in business, people, products, and services.
- Begin product learning and training.
- Establish internal department introductions, mapping, and understanding.
- Learn internal processes and resource acquisition.
- Understand your KPIs, SLAs, and reporting requirements.
- Complete internal systems training.
- Receive an introduction to your initial portfolio.
Within 3 Months:
- Manage the handover and introduction to your customer portfolio.
- Establish a regular communication cadence with your portfolio.
- Develop initial portfolio growth plans.
- Respond effectively to customer queries and requests.
- Build strong internal relationships with key stakeholders.
- Expand product knowledge and actively participate in knowledge-sharing discussions.
- Maintain accurate records and data as required.
- Within 6 Months:
- Achieve consistently high customer satisfaction ratings, targeting 5-star feedback.
- Successfully offer solutions to customer needs and achieve established KPIs.
- Maintain a regular schedule of face-to-face meetings with your customers as required.
- Actively participate in industry forums and events.
- Provide valuable feedback to internal stakeholders to contribute to continuous improvement.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer needs and business objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for portfolio growth and expansion.
- Build strong relationships with key decision-makers within customer organizations.
- Contribute to the overall success of the sales team and the company
