What you’ll be doing
Reporting to the New Business Sales Director the employee is to utilise their skills in the below areas to; prospect to, demonstrate the product, negotiate and ultimately sell the Reapit suite of products to new clients.
Proactively identifying and engaging with prospective clients across Australia through outbound calling, email outreach, and networking.
Conducting discovery meetings and product demonstrations that highlight the value and ROI of the Reapit platform tailored to client needs.
Managing the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract close, including drafting proposals and handling commercial negotiations.
Collaborating with internal teams (Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Onboarding, and Customer Success) to ensure a seamless experience for new clients.
Maintaining accurate pipeline and activity records in CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) and delivering reliable forecasting to leadership.
Attending industry events or webinars to build relationships and stay informed on market trends and client challenges.
Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets for new business acquisition.
It is expected that through the above skills the employee will not only sell Reapit services but create a platform for success for the client through setting correct expectations and communicating clearly with internal teams to ensure they get the most from Reapit.
Who we're looking for
At Reapit, we prioritise hiring individuals who share our values and possess the right attitudes and behaviours for success. Whilst some of the listed requirements may be important, don’t worry if you don’t meet all of them, we’d still like to hear from you.
Minimum of 5 years in SaaS sales roles
Minimum of 2 years in a client facing or sales role within tech sales with demonstratable outstanding customer service skills
A motivated self-starter who embraces technology and innovation
Demonstratable negotiation abilities
Proven ability to identify and resolve problems through active listening, effective elicitation of information and refined problem-solving abilities
Highly organised with proficiency in multi-tasking and adaptability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Demonstratable conflict resolution skills
Comfortable with presenting internally and externally on client sites
What your impact and success looks like
We expect your success and impact in the early stages of your career with us to look something like this:
Within 1 month:
Complete onboarding and product training to become confident in the Reapit suite and value proposition.
Shadow experienced Account Executives and participate in discovery calls and product demonstrations.
Begin prospecting and generating qualified leads in your assigned territory.
Be certified on one Reapit Product
Deliver your first full product demo to a prospective client.
Within 3 months:
Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline with opportunities across different sales stages.
Close your 10 new business deals
Have achieved certification for all Reapit Products.
Within 6 months:
Consistently meet monthly sales targets and contribute to team quota.
Become a trusted advisor to prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of the real estate industry and their challenges.
Provide feedback to the product and marketing teams based on client interactions to help shape future roadmaps and campaigns.
We operate a Flexible Working Policy and we would like for you to work from our Sydney or Melbourne office, 2 days a week. You must have a comfortable appropriate working space at home accommodating your office needs.
